Where’s Delpo?

Out with injury, Delpo will unfortunately not be joining the rest of us in New York, instead traveling the world and having new non-competitive-tennis-related experiences.  In an attempt to help Delpo avoid complete irrelevance during the US Open, I’ve decided to compile a list of places that our dear boy has been sighted.

Let me know if you’ve seen him in your neighborhood!  (If sighted, please consider your safety and observe the majestic mammal from afar.  The Del Potro is easily spooked by the sound of tennis balls being struck and if disturbed may insult your mother.  It is best not to provoke the creature in these desperate times.)

Delpo happily striking a ‘fierce’ pose with the girls of America’s Next Top Model.  Is he smizing?  At this point, I can’t see him making the final 6 because his lines are just not working with the rest of the girls.  AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HIS RUNWAY WALK.

Dancing with the cast of High School Musical.  Unfortunately, it appears our Delpo has been struck with a case of jaundice during this impromptu dance routine.

Meeting his idols THE JONAS BROTHERS!!!!

Oh my God, Kevin is definitely the cutest because he’s so sweet and look at his promise ring and he’s wearing a bow tie and who cares if everyone says he’s the ugly one because he’ll buy me Rocky Road ice cream and then we’ll cuddle while watching The Notebook!!!!

On the eve of the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, Delpo can actually be seen supporting the Civil Rights leader.  What a guy.
